The information about the unpaid/unclaimed dividend is given above for the benefit of the shareholders to facilitate them to claim their unpaid/unclaimed dividend of respective years. The shareholders, whose dividend is remaining unpaid/unclaimed and not transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) pursuant to the provisions of Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (Since repealed) and Section 124 and 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 are requested to approach the Company or M/s. Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., Registrar and Share Transfer Agent to claim the said dividend. Please note that unpaid/unclaimed dividend will be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 as per the due dates mentioned above.
